The AUTOML Series is a multi-chip linear LED package designed for optimal optical density and a uniform beam pattern, with a 1.1 mm LED pitch (center-to-center). Built on aluminum nitride substrates for superior thermal performance, the series offers configurations with 2 to 8 individually addressable LED chips.
